As a career technology manager, Todd is uniquely qualified to lead Creative Parking Concepts. With over 25 years experience, Todd has worked with organizations across the manufacturing, healthcare, financial, and environmental, sectors to design and deliver successful technology solutions.

Working for companies like IBM and KPMG Consulting (now Bearing Point), Todd’s list of clients includes: Bridgestone, Assurion, FedEx, Blue-Cross/Blue-Shield, MetLife, USAA, plus many others. He also served as the IT Director for Environmental Science Corporation and as a member of their Board of Directors.

Prior to starting CPC, Todd was consulting with parking operators and commercial property owners/managers to implement cost-effective parking systems and procedures. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University.



 Judy Waynberg

 Office Manager

Judy’s experience as an office manager includes companies such as: AlwaysLV, Abba Optical, and Worldwide Parking Solutions.  She has held numerous titles including Consultant, office manager, and support specialist. All while developing a professional mindset towards management and customer service.

Before moving to Nashville, Judy worked with parking equipment manufacturer Worldwide Parking Solutions, where she gained a unique insight into the needs of Parking resellers and their clients.






Daniel Shelby

Lead Service Technician

Since joining Creative Parking Concepts, Daniel has lent his technical knowledge to better serve the needs of our clients.  With knowledge of T2, WPS, RedStorm, and many other product lines Daniel is qualified to serve as a resource for all things technical.

Before joining Creative Parking Concepts, Daniel had gained experience in the parking industry working at the operations level, giving him a framework on which he has built his technical skills. Including gaining network certification as well as becoming a Certified Microsoft Professional .

  Service Technician

Greg joined CPC in mid-2016. Since starting, he has gained knowledge regarding a variety of product lines. Including: T2 payment stations, RedStorm, WPS gated systems, and more.

Greg’s technical knowledge and background in customer service serve him well in his role as Service Technician. Working under the guidance of experienced parking professionals. Greg continues to grow his knowledge of the technical aspects of parking operations as well as the industry at whole.

Mike’s engineering career spans over 25 years with companies such as Delavan, BF Goodrich and Colt Industries, holding various positions with engineering responsibilities. Years of experience designing special equipment for various applications has provided Mike with a vast background in electronics, control circuitry, vision systems and robotics. As owner and president of a manufacturing company that supplied the automotive industry, he developed customer service skills that range from supplier to end-user.
