As a career technology manager, Todd is uniquely qualified to lead Creative Parking Concepts. With over 30 years experience, Todd has worked with organizations across the manufacturing, healthcare, financial, and environmental, and real estate sectors to design and deliver successful technology solutions.
Working for companies like IBM and KPMG Consulting (now Bearing Point), Todd’s list of clients includes: Bridgestone, Asurion, FedEx, Blue-Cross/Blue-Shield, MetLife, USAA, SKANSKA, Brookfield, plus many others. He also served as the IT Director for Environmental Science Corporation and as a member of their Board of Directors.
Prior to starting CPC, Todd was consulting with parking operators and commercial property owners/managers to implement cost-effective parking systems and procedures. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University. When not working, Todd enjoys family time with his wife Jean Marie and their large family (they have 6 children!). He’s also loves running, volleyball, and tennis, and is a performing musician.
Director of Operations
Since joining Creative Parking Concepts, Daniel has lent his technical knowledge to better serve the needs of our clients. With knowledge of IT, software, electronics and parking management, Daniel is well-qualified to serve as a resource for all things technical.
Before joining Creative Parking Concepts, Daniel had gained experience in the parking industry working at the operations level, giving him a framework on which he has built his technical skills, including gaining network certification as well as becoming a Certified Microsoft Professional. Daniel serves as an integral part of organization, making sure that we exceed our customer’s expectations in terms of solutions, scheduling, service levels, and technical excellence.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys fly fishing, hiking, virtual reality, and spending time with his fiancee Rachel and their 2 dogs, Wilma and Walter.
Director of Finance & Administration
Vickie joined the CPC team in 2017 as a part-time bookkeeper. CPC was in a time of rapid expansion and her position quickly grew into administrator of all things business related. From handling the finances to managing human resources, legal, tax and insurance issues, Vickie has been honored to assist in leading the CPC team during the last three years of continuous growth.
Prior to joining CPC’s executive team, Vickie’s career in administration included eight years working as the Fiscal Manager for a federal grant program, acting as the Deputy Clerk for the municipality of Many, Louisiana, and training clients and co-workers on accounting and payroll principles at a world-wide payroll provider, Automated Payroll Solutions. Her education includes studying business administration, accounting, and economics at Bossier Parish Community College and Northwestern State University in Louisiana.
Vickie and her children are Tennessee transplants hailing from Louisiana. Although they miss Mardi Gras, the Saints and crawfish, the family loves to go hiking in Tennessee’s beautiful outdoors and exploring everything Nashville has to offer.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Mark joined Creative Parking Concepts in 2019. In his first year Mark converted a steep learning curve in a new industry and leveraged his expertise in sales and marketing to increase market share and establish CPC as a regional brand. Mark manages CPC’s sales staff, and technical/support staff in branch locations while also leading overall business development.
Prior to joining CPC, Mark amassed over 25 years of television broadcast experience as the top producer in broadcast sales and as a senior level producer. Mark’s experience and expertise covered multiple aspects of broadcasting. Marks client list included: Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, NFL, Country Music Association, ESPN, BET & Showtime Entertainment.
