We are honored and excited to announce that Creative Parking Concepts has been chosen to install parking revenue, parking access controls, and space counting and availability display systems for the new Gulch Crossing Office Building currently under construction in the Gulch area of Nashville. The building sits above a 750-space, 6 level structured parking garage which extends 4 levels above grade and 2 levels below grade.
CPC just completed the installation of 8 new solar T2/Digital multi-space Luke II parking meters in Roanoke, VA! The customer was boarded directly to the new Digital IRIS platform for real-time, dashboard-based metrics and meter management.
CPC installed 40 new Digital pay stations in downtown Chattanooga. The city customers will now have the added convenience of paying by phone on all of the pay stations. From the management and parking enforcement perspective, the pay stations will also make enforcement more efficient. We are excited to add this major municipality to our list of customers.
2525 West End is a multi-use facility that includes retail tenants, commercial offices, a Marriot Hotel, and Vanderbilt University. These two garages are located on the edge of the Vanderbilt campus and feature nine entrances and exits, and a total of 15 lanes of equipment. We are excited to be working with Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services on this project.
Palmer Plaza is an 18 story, Class-A tower located in the heart of Midtown. Occupants and visitors to the building have access to a nine-level, 700-space parking garage with ingress and egress from three sides. We are proud to be a part of this thriving area in one of the hottest areas in Nashville.
We just finished an equipment replacement project at the Icon building in the Gulch in Nashville. We replaced two entry lanes and three exit lanes on the commercial level of the Icon garage. Icon is one of the most popular and hippest places to live in town, and is located among a variety of unique shops, restaurants, and popular night spots. The property is owned and managed by Marketstreet Equities, and we are excited to be working with them on this and other upcoming projects.
Installed in November, 2011. Located in the popular Gulch entertainment hub, this mixed-use facility includes condominiums and retail establishments. The WPS solution includes; 1 pay-on-foot station, 2 pay-at-exit terminals, and voice assistance. Retail and residential access is segmented and controlled using automatic vehicle identification (AVI).
