Creative Parking Concepts designed a comprehensive parking plan to efficiently manage vehicular and pedestrian mobility, including the installation of 22 electric vehicle chargers, all parking control equipment and gates, pay stations, a pedestrian safety system and clearance alert systems. Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, 5th and Broadway is a popular entertainment and lifestyle destination that required a nuanced and integrative approach to employee, visitor and resident parking to make arrival and departure hassle-free. By creating a customized parking strategy that included state-of-the-art technology and equipment, CPC was able to deliver a turnkey parking solution that optimized the customer and tenant experience from the start.
