Cummins Station – Nashville, TN. Installed in April, 2011, this popular mixed-use facility provides tenants and patrons with over 1,000 spaces across three revenue-generating lots. The parking needs of this office, shopping, and entertainment facility are complex. The WPS solution includes; 3 pay-on-foot stations, 4 pay-at-exit terminals, on-line validation scanning, and voice-over-IP customer assistance. Contract access is granted using automatic vehicle identification (AVI) and proximity card readers.
Baker Donelson Garage – Nashville, TN. Installed in December 2010, this commercial garage has one contract-only entry lane, one transient entry lane, and one cashiered exit lane. This is a high-volume garage with 450 tenant monthlies and an average of 100 transient spaces. Tenant access is granted using the HID MaxiProx long-range readers and ProxPass II active proximity tags.
